Stop shopping and buy this shield. Other shields are often in the 50-75 dollar range but feel like hitting a couch cushion. This offers the student real feedback and dense padding. Holders feel safer and more secure as well. This is very well made and the best shield I've used in 30 years. I suggest it only for adults. Get a softer one for kids. Worth the $

Kick shield

I have used this type of kick shield where I work out and they take a beating. The one I purchased is made of the same high quality, durable material and I anticipate it will last a very long time. Great product.

A kick shield with lots of variety!

The curve of the Revgear Economy Kick Shield gives me the ability to move the pad for various strikes from kicks to punches, knees, ground & pound and more.
