The packaging is lovely, very nice box, very sturdy box with a pretty design. The diffuser is also very pretty and looks nice out for display in my home. Easy to use. Fragrance is a very personal thing and people want to have an idea of the scent before buying. If there could be some sort of scratch and sniff tag this would be perfect!
