This is a small dicast Thomas the tank engine toy from the eighth anniversary of Thomas the tank engine. It does not have any interactive features noir can it jump or talk. It can be attached to rolling stock and could be consider a toy that can haul other toys though it is not a hauler. I really like this toy and I am glad to have it in my collection
