Briggs and Stratton Rewind Starter Spring

I could not use the item, but didn't find out until it was ordered. It was delivered promptly. In trying to return it, something on the Walmart page said to return to the store within 90 days. When I brought it to my local Walmart, they said since a 3rd party was involved, I had to contact the 3rd party. It wasn't a real simple process, but I apparently completed the information and submitted it, but I am awaiting a response to see if I can still return it or get a partial refund. The package was never opened. I could probably mail it back to the shipping address, but that would be my expense with no guarantee of any refund. When I googled the shipping address, it was from a home and had a different business associated with it, neither Walmart or Briggs and Stratton. Confusing.
