It has NO SODIUM. Thats the main reason I drink it. I put it in 20 or 23 oz. of water, however I feel the flavor is weak, so I'm going to try 2 pkg to compare taste. I love the strawberry/watermelon %26 peach/mango are my favorite go to flavors. I drink these all day long. Also no caffeine! Perfect for weight loss %26 energy. This is my drink when it was unavailable I waited for it then ordered 1/2 dozen boxes of each flavor(2) so I want run out!!!!! Yes I'm devoted!!!!

I love these easy to carry, simple drink packs. They're comparable to the Bloom Energy drinks but about 70% cheaper at just under $1 each vs $2.48 per can for the same energy drinks. We buy these regularly for the simplicity and the savings! I mix with a sparkling water when I'm at home and love the extra fizz!
