    Bloody well done, Goyer

David Goyer does it again, this time taking over direction as well as writing. Although this film is probably the worst of the trilogy, it still lives up to the previous films. One of the things that impresses me the most about the Blade Trilogy is that each film brings something new and exiting to the franchise. The first was a gritty, modern-day vampire-hunter action-flick. The second was a gorier, sci-fi/horror themed film (full of Del Toro's visual style). Finally the third was a more sleek, humorous, straight-up action film. All in all, I am very pleased with the trilogy and will be looking forward to the day when the Daywalker returns to the big screen. Definitely recommended.
