Bed Frame Assembly

The bed was dropped off across the street from my house. No one notified me that the delivery date for the bed had been changed AGAIN to today until well after it was left at the wrong address. I paid for the installation service that I did not receive. Now I have to wait until Monday to get my bed from the post office. WHY WOULD YOUR DRIVER THINK THAT THIS WAS THE RIGHT THING TO DO? If your driver left it at a neighbors house and I get ripped off for the bed, thetes going to be helm to pay. There is no excuse for such thoughtlessness.

JUNK. Arrived damaged. Angi the assembly service partially assembled the bed, told me the parts were broken, and LEFT! Left the item partially asebled for me to then hire someone else to disassemble it. Then Walmart A.i. tells me the bed is not value for refund?? Hours and hours on the phone with customer service agents who know nothing about anything. They tell me to deliver it to ged ex or a store to return it if I want a refund? I had it DELIVERED because I do not have a car! So they promise me a service company will come to pick it up. ONE MONTH later no calls no company pick up and they refuse to refund me all my money?? Walmart is by far the most UNETHICAL SHADY SCAMMING company in the world. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from them again. Their products are JUNK. This bed is made of particle board not real wood!! Angi assembly person. Walmart A.I. initially refused to refund or return then says I must return it to Walmart? (I don't have a car and nearest Walmart is 20 miles away!). Then they agree to pick it up and 10 phone calls later no one knows anything about a pick up. Half assembled bed sits in my bedroom with no place for me to sleep.
