Great Product!!

This was the easiest service to use. I received an email the day after my order was placed and assembly was setup for the day following my bedframe delivery. Then my bedframe was delayed and I received another email from Angi rescheduling the assembly appointment according to the delay. Well my bedframe actually arrived on the original date and I was able to go on the website and change my appointment date to accommodate. My service technician was Isaac and he was great! He gave me a call to lmk that he was running ahead of schedule but I wasn't home so he arrived at his original scheduled time and completed the work in less than 30mins, as where it would have taken me HOURS, and it came out beautiful!! 100% recommend.

Eric was nice enough and did a great job putting the bed frame together. However, he was scheduled from 2-3:30 PM and didn't arrive until around 3:30 PM, but didn't call to explain that he was going to be late or why, and he didn't apologize…like AT ALL. He never told me why he was so late. Oh, and btw, we confirmed the 2 PM appointment time the day before so…🤷🏻‍♀️
