absolutely love us. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I use it to grind coffee and to make milkshakes and I have no problem. It's so convenient and it does a great job. It is a little bit loud, but so is my full size blender. I love that. I don't have to dirty a blender and a cup in that there are a few cups to use.. bonus for it being pink!

If you need a quick simple smoothy in the morning or whenever! This is your guy. Even my 9yr old and 4yr old can use it without creating a huge mess.
