My favorite feature is the silence mode. And you can't accidentally hit buttons because it's on off mode so the touchpad doesn't light up unnecessarily. I will say any “hold for 3 seconds” is actually more like 5 so be patient when changing the clock.

Love the lock setting, especially for little ones. But it also could use one for non-use times. My 2 year old loves to get a bag of chips and try to put it in the microwave seeing she can now reach it. A locking button at non-use times would be an added plus. Other than that works great, heats great.
