assembly was quick but handyman complained about wages he would get from Angi. Paid extra to have boxes broken down for me. I am 87, handicapped and could not do this. Had to get someone else to take broken down boxes to our trash just in our parking lot. He was in a hurry and didn't act like he felt good, was upset and needed water to finish the job. He was upset that I wanted him to break down the boxes even though he could see I could not. Not very professional of him

In my case, the situation was worsened by the assembly service—the assigned service pro caused additional damage during assembly. I also reported the issue to Angi, and the only response offered was an apology. This resulted in a total loss and an expensive lesson learned.
