Disappointing

I wish I can put 0 stars. Plates were ordered by my niece and the advertisment is deceiving. All the characters DO NOT come in the package. When my niece notified the company the response was basically oh well they will check inventory have a nice evening. Terrible customer service. No apologies no lets see what we can do. Beware it is a ripoff.
