I ordered the audio control matrix, instead they shipped me the audio control EQL. It took 6 days to receive the item. I was not satisfied at all. Audio closeout, whoever in charge of y'all order pulling needs to be fired or demoted. I'm a very unsatisfied customer. Will not shop with y'all ever. Please do not shop at audio close out
