This robust adjustable rack is built with heavy-duty steel construction, 2-inch tubing, and a powder-finish to prevent rust, making it a great addition to any home gym. Use just the rack to target the lower body, or add a weight bench (sold separately) to use the rack for bench pressing. Featuring dip station handles, two plate-posts (storage for weight plates). The safety catches add an element of safety when performing squats or lunges. With a weight capacity of 300-pounds, this squat rack is built to withstand heavy loads.

This is a good purchase for women who are working out at home. Not ideal for men. For reference, I am 5'6” and 160lbs. The height and weight capacity of the rack is perfectly aligned with my height and weight. I'm not going over 250 (yet!). I think the rack would do well with up to 315. Worthwhile investment. When you're done with it, you can pass it on to your kids. So a perfect rack for women and children.

Convenient space saving weight rack
Exactly what I was looking for. This rack has an adjustable height and width, so I can extend it for my workout and collapse it down when not in use. My original shipment was pretty beat up by the delivery service, and one part was damaged. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement part. They were easy to work with and quick. I'm excited about this purchase and the ability to add more variety to my workouts.

Well built rack, a Real steal for the money!
This rack is a steel and it's absolutely worth the money I would be a little hesitant to put the amount of weight that they have indicated that it would hold, I use it strictly for bench press and I put a cement blocks on the back part of the legs so that there's no chance of movement otherwise it's very well built very sturdy well worth the money, you won't find anything close for that kind of money
