High quality part that is not hard to install.

I am impressed with the manufacturer's installation videos and step by step insturctions for installing this air spring and other Arnott parts. With the help of these instructional I found the installation to be very doable, and it went well on my X5. Without the instructional video's this would have been too difficult as there are key steps that need to be taken.
