Instructions
. To Use:. Step 1. Remove clothing or other items. Place tablet in washer, not in dispenser. Step 2. Add one tablet to washer once a month using the "Normal" cycle with the hot water setting. For washers with a "Clean Washer" cycle, add one tablet to the washer and run the cycle. Step 3. For machines where odor is present, run three wash cycles consecutively using one tablet in each cycle. Follow the same instructions as above. Step 4. Remove any residue which may be left behind.

Worth the Money if done correctly!
Reading previous reviews on this product Affresh washing machine cleaner, I decided to buy the item for the 1st time since its for Whirlpool, Kenmore, and other washers. I followed the instructions carefully making sure that I was doing it correctly before starting the washer machine. Time base is approximately the same as if you're washing your regular clothes. You will smell a Spring fragrance from the machine cleaning before the rinse cycle. After the machine stopped, the tub looked clean with No residue from powder tablet. Overall, I was satisfied with this product and will continue monthly use since their are 5 powder tablets within package! Consumer Report magazine gave Affresh 5 stars over competitors product Tide washing machine.

I saw mixed reviews about this product but I went ahead and bought it. I have a baby on the way so I have been washing my babies clothes and decided to clean my washer that was with my house (military housing). It's a pretty new whirlpool washer I suspect it's less than 2 years old but when I put it on the clean cycle and decided to check it mid wash the picture i attached is what I saw. Honestly horrified and may rewash all my babies stuff before she arrives. 10/10 in my opinion.
