This pillow come vacuum packaged. Need to put in dryer on low to decompress. This a different pillow. You have a fluffy pillow outer case with a zipper, where you can place one or two pillows. It is a three in one pillow. So it is adjustable to your needs The pillow is very comfortable and fluffy. I was suffering from morning headaches and the headaches are gone.
