There was an issue with the pillow, some of the stuffing had leaked out. The seller was fantastic. Got a label and sent them back. The pillows seem excellent quality, we may have recieved a dud, but we are willing to try again from this seller/company.

Wow! Big fluffy Pillow

This pillow come vacuum packaged. Need to put in dryer on low to decompress. This a different pillow. You have a fluffy pillow outer case with a zipper, where you can place one or two pillows. It is a three in one pillow. So it is adjustable to your needs The pillow is very comfortable and fluffy. I was suffering from morning headaches and the headaches are gone.

I like these pillows. I have 2 king size, with 2 inserts. But I only use 1 insert. It's hard for me to find pillows because of my neck. But it works really well for me. I don't regret buying it!!!
