Needs shorts liner

These are cuter in the picture. The leg holes are extremely large, which I expected. But they put the underwear style under them, not the shorts. These are butterfly shorts and need the liner to be shorts also, especially for little girls. The material is a little stiff, so they balloon out instead of laying down and being flowy.
