Excellent portable griddle

Excellent portable griddle. I was looking for a portable grill for one day hiking outings, something I could use in the parking lots after the hikes. This griddle was the best choice. I don't really like cooking over propane and I always use cast iron to cook in. With limited selection of portable grills with cast iron grates, I went with the griddle option. I'm so glad I did. This is a very nice griddle attached to a very sturdy folding stand. Very easy to use and it hardly takes up any space when folded. Also it has wheels for moving around. I use the griddle in parking lots at trailheads and often on my deck at home because of the convenience. If you enjoy cooking with cast iron, I highly recommend this convenient griddle. 17” I think is the perfect size for one of these.

Our first Blackstone product

This is our first Blackstone product and we are so excited to finally have one. Newly purchased and I completed assembly today. We purchased the Blackstone 17” Griddle with hood & Flexfold Legs. It looks great and it is obviously very well made. We're planning on using it tomorrow and we are so excited.
