Special Kitty Complete Nutrition Chicken & Turkey Flavor Dry Cat Food, 35 lb Bag

my cats love this special kitty food. why am i giving it only 3 stars you might ask? I care for a feral cat colony and purchase Five -35 pound bags/month. I store each unopened bag of food in large galvanized aluminum cans with lids. after opening the bags i pour food into a plastic pet food container with a sealed lid. Three times now I have had to throw entire bags of the cat food out because of rotten food, complete with maggots. The first time there was a dead rat inside with absolutely no opening or chewed area on the bag itself. the second worst part of the dead rat was that the customer service agent wanted me to MAIL THE BAG OF ROTTEN CAT FOOD AND DEAD RAT BACK FOR A REFUND! I refused and was able to get a refund after escalating this to a manager. i attached a photo of rotten cat food without the dead rat!
