I bought this Farmhouse Style TV stand for my new space. I was a bit overwhelmed at first about putting it together by myself, but as soon as I unpacked it, I felt more confident about doing it alone. The packaging was excellent. Every piece was secure and snug up against white Styrofoam with paper-like pieces in between individual pieces. Nothing was banged up or marred. The pieces are made from great quality materials, and although it's not 100% real wood, it does look like it. It's very shiny and is supposed to be water resistant. I laid all the pieces out from 1-30, and did the same for the hardware that came securely attached to the bottom of the box. The directions are very clear and the pictures are concise with which piece goes where. Although the directions do state that it takes two people to put it together, I did put it together by myself without any problems. They also included 3 wrenches that would be needed. I started at the base and worked my way to the top without any errors. The finished product took me about 2 hours to complete. It looks amazing in my living room. It will hold any television up to 55". There were a few extra barrel nuts, dowels and screws, and I found this especially helpful because a few of the barrel nuts got snapped because I screwed them to tight. This was a big concern the first time I did it, and I almost panicked, but I am resourceful, and had a back-up plan. Thankfully the extras were available. This is a great value for my money, and I'm amazed that it went together so smoothly and I actually could do it by myself. I highly recommend this tv stand for your home. The fireplace is an added bonus, and it heats up very quickly. Whether you're using it for ambiance, or to take the chill off, it gets the job done.

Although the doors were a little tricky to install correctly, the stand is fantastic and just as stated. Additionally, both boxes arrived at the same time despite though they were supposed to arrive separately, so that was a bonus. All in all, I love it.
