Not very cushy and the top straps are way too high so these shoes fit way too loose. In other words, the memory foam insole is thin, nothing special; the two top straps that go over the top of my foot are way too high and not adjustable so it appears many other people might have the same issue unless they have a very thick foot, maybe in the case of some overweight people. Ironically, these straps will accommodate those who need the top straps to stretch extra for more room ... cannot believe most people would need that because the straps are so very loose to begin with and I myself do not have slim feet height-wise at all. Also, in general, not really a great value overall at ~$25 in my opinion but decent, durable construction otherwise. Very light weight shoes.
