Poor packaging, damaged package

The product is fine. The condition of the package and the way it was packaged was the worst. I don't have picture of the contents, but the caps were all off the can and most of the spray nozzles were knocked off the can. Tried to return/get refund online but told I would have to return to the store. I order online because of the convenience. Going to the store to make a return completely negates the convenience of ordering online.
