It seems that every store has lime/salt mixed for glass rimmed, but why not rim a hard boiled egg? I wanted the chilli mixed to give that hard boiled egg a spicy kick. My project is going to use this item in a bloody mary deviled eggs recipe with a some rim action on the hard boiled egg. Not my idea but still pretty cool method.
