Definitely true to size. I wear a 2x in everything and this is as described. It is an oversized sweater even for plus size women. The oversize is just right giving you that extra room of comfort some of us like. I am also only 5'1" and can appreciate the length. Being my heiggt is hard to find something with the larger feel without swimming in it. The brown is beautiful and I will be ordering a second color soon.

Since the first day I wore this sweater, I have received compliments on it. The color is very creamy, looking. The knit is wide enough. Where you can wear it and be cool in the springtime. Or you can layer it with another shirt underneath, and it's perfect for the wintertime. The trim on the on the wrists and the neck and the waist are this really nice brick red. It goes with all my jeans. I can dress it up and wear it with slacks. It fits perfectly and it truly became my favorite sweater. I've washed it over a dozen times already. And it still feels nice. I can wear it with shorts. I love this sweater. I can't say enough good things about it. I wish walmart had more of them in different colors, even as far as on the wrists and the waist and the neck!
