We have tried the brand names and they are a waste of our money. It's a reasonable price and the product is delicious. I use shredded cheese and very many recipes. I use it in casseroles, when we make taco tacos and burritos and enchiladas. I use it in macaroni and cheese recipes, I put a bit in our salads, I have even used this to sprinkle on bread and make delicious grilled cheese sandwiches. Also, I sprinkle a bit on French bread or other breads place in the oven and toast then for a delicious appetizer or with a meal, you can also add anything with the cheese to bruschetta or French bread to make a nice snack or with a meal.

This cheese is really great to use on lighter homemade pizzas and casseroles, etc. I wish Walmart would carry more reduced fat cheeses. I can't do nonfat cheese 😁
