Half an hour before breakfast almost every day, I mix this into 8 oz. of ''Zero Water'' filtered water, along with beet-root powder, moringa powder, bilberry powder, cracked-shell chlorella %26 spirulina powder, and a little bit of either organic lemon juice or coconut-pineapple juice. I don't taste the collagen powder in the drink at all. I'm currently in my mid-sixites and I have almost no wrinkles at all (part of that is genetic, being half-Sicilian, but part of that I'm fairly sure also is because of this supplement). I used to have pain in my fingers and in my hips from arthritis (since my mid-thirties), but I don't have any of that pain anymore.
