i like these because they're a firm gummy not sticky, so you don't feel like you have to pry them off your teeth. I think they're doing a good job with promoting growth for hair %26 nails. My hair does seem healthier. My nails are thin %26 I'm not sure I'll ever get that to be a whole better, they have improved some. maybe time will tell.

I didn't like the taste . But they were improving all the things it claims.. . A huge improvement for my nails. I realized that they weren't bad tasting. I bought some capsules and I was supposed to take 3 large capsules at a time. I recommend these especially for your nails.
