Great Value Xanthan Gum is AMAZING!!

LOVE Great Value Xanthm Gum. Works perfectly in my protein shake to turn it into a thick shake. So many different uses too as a thickener. Have tried other brands, but Great Value nailed it.

Its fine

Lets be honest, if you're looking for xanthan gum you have a very specific cooking goal in mind. With that said it is a more or less tasteless additive that like table salt, does not matter who makes or package it. That is assuming its being packed and cut in the same or similar process the quality is going to be the same regardless of brand. So there is no reason to go for cheaper, 'Great Value' option.
