I thought if i go up a size, i would be able to comfortably wear this over my short. All of my t shirts are 2xl, i ordered this in a 3xl and its too tight even without a shirt under it. i will be giving it to one of my kids. Other than the sizing, its a great hoodie. thick, soft and good quality

I ordered two of these sweatshirts going one size larger than normal because I knew it was coming from across the ocean when it showed up it is way small when you wash and dry it shrinks even more and the quality of the stitching of the pocket is quite cheap it was very low price so I wouldn't say it was a gain or a loss
