But, before leaving to go on my trip, I spoke with one of your agent over the phone to inform them that I was unhappy by the three weeks delayed delivery from the promised expected date, she apologized and gave me a refund. I explained that I was going on a cruise for two weeks and I will not be here and will be responsible for any package I don't receive if it's not at my door when I return from my trip.
