Great for price point

Surprisingly good quality at this price point. Item is as shown. Padded laptop pocket is at the bottom of the pack, so not convenient for TSA but securely against your back to protect it. The straps don't hold quite as tightly as needed without extra efforts than as packaged. Side pockets don't tighten or have elastic so water bottle slips out. It does maximize personal item packing for United requirements.

Great Personal Item Bag

Great personal item bag for the price. It fits perfectly under the seat on flights and is lightweight but still holds a surprising amount. The multiple pockets make it easy to stay organized, and the laptop sleeve fits my 14″ laptop comfortably. The material feels durable and the waterproof pocket is a nice bonus. I also like the clean grey-green color—it looks good and doesn't feel bulky. Overall, an excellent value for under $25 and ideal for travel.

A must if you are flying on United Airlines

The largest exact size bag to meet the personal item size restrictions for United Airlines. Firm enough to maintain a good backpack shape while carrying, and soft enough to fit under the seat in front of you easily. Lots of good pockets for organization. There are more pockets than I expected. Great value for the money.
