I was able to set it up in 2 minutes by myself, without the rainfly. The rain fly took probably 2 minutes as well, with the help of another person. The material seems to be of great quality--both the tent walls as well as the rain fly. The black out feature does not keep all the light out--because the roof is mesh, and rain fly sits above the roof by a couple inches, light does come in through there. The stakes are typical for what normally come with tents in this price range. The windows (there are three, not counting the door itself) zip on the sides only--they do not go across the top, but there is an overlap of a couple inches at the top that closes them off fairly well. It has small hanging storage bags on three walls, and comes with a larger storage piece that I did not figure out how to hang. I am 5'10" and can stand up straight right in the middle of the tent, but because the roof slopes (as it should), I have to hunch over just a little if not right in the center. As with other tents like this, it is not easy to get back into the bag, ALTHOUGH if you fold it up well, eliminate as much air as possible, and roll it tightly, it's much easier, and it comes with two straps that you can use to "squish" it even tighter.

once I finally figured out how to click the poles into place it was a breeze after that. it's like I have my own private room at the campground. definitely a home away from home and I do like that it has Windows on every four sides of the tent.
