My mom has ALZ and she can use these herself. she used them until the pearls fell off and the metal became discolored. But it's the only ones out there like them and she loves them but only uses the bigger bendable clips the big tiny pearl ones are so easy for her to put up her hair on each side and then two in the back so she has FOUR lol Love them. ty ty ty
