I love all the added support this tank gave me without all the restrictions of wearing a waist trainer. I felt like it even gave my unlined bras an extra boost. The tank is both comfy and breathable. Great not all day wear an doesn't even roll up! Also, extra points for discreetness! I'd definitely recommend, it's a great shape wear alternative to a corset or waist trainer.
