Very easy to setup

The iPhone 12 Mini arrived quickly (within 3 days) and it was SUPER easy to transfer all the info from my old iPhone 6. I just put the phones side-by-side and the new one immediately asked if I wanted to transfer the info. It took about 15 minutes to transfer everything over, and it's worked great since! There was a small scratch on the screen, since it wasn't a brand-new phone, but that doesn't bother me and saving $400 off the cost of buying a new one through Verizon and paying all their fees and installation costs was worth it. It was really easy to setup the new phone through Verizon as well. All I had to do was pull out the sim card on the old phone and put it in the new one. I was a little confused at first, because the sim card went in upside down on the new phone, compared to the way it was in the old phone, but once I figured that out it was easy.

Very happy with the phone, It came with a protective glass shield that was placed a little crooked and has a tiny chip, it also has a scratch in the back that is not so noticeable, work wise, can't complain, and the price was much better than a new one so would definitely recommend and buy again.

My phone came on the exact date that it was supposed to, it was in great condition and was like new. Only think I didn’t like was it was in loose packaging and was flipping around inside the box which wasn’t very secure. The phone screen protector was kind of smudged and slightly scratched which I ordered a new one to put on. The battery life isn’t the best in this phone but iPhones are known for having bad battery life. I absolutely love my new phone though and highly enjoy having a newer iPhone again. I would buy another phone from here.
