I bought this to help keep an eye on my elderly Mom. She had gotten up and fallen with no injuries, note she lives with my older sister but it was early morning. This features a motion detector so at night or day we would know when she moved plus be able to see her and talk to her remotely. First of all I dont have to block my phone I can continuously monitor my baby with the tablet it comes with. The zoom and rotation feature is really good and works perfectly for night vision as well.
