This was a fantastic deal. Havent done sissy squats before and now with this machine Im doing them every leg workout is after my squats. Great addition to my home gym. I hold a 45 pound plate across my chest and go deep. Great burn after doing squats and no stress on my knees. Also very comfortable on the shins. Highly recommend

Awesome Sissy Squat!
