Saved my Death Valley National Park trip

I was planning to go to Death Valley National Park in 2 weeks. Remembering I was going on this trip solo, it occurred to me for safety reasons that I might want to have a Garmin. I went ahead and purchased the InReach Mini 2, charged it, tested it, and stored it in the van. Sure enough, I got stuck in some wet sand 5 Mi up Race Track Road, spent 4 hours trying to dig myself out with traction devices, and finally remember I had the garmin! Within 15 minutes I had help on the way and a ranger pulled me out. Without the Garment I might have waited for days for someone to drive by as the road had just opened. I am now convinced that I will bring my Garmin for any travel outside of cellular coverage in the future.

GPS City shipped me this device LIGHTNING FAST. I am stationed in Guam and things with batteries take an absolute eternity to get here (they usually get shipped via freight and come via boat). It really sucks. But, not with this item and not with GPS City. They got it to me in five days via Priority Mail and in perfect condition. I'll be back for more - thank you very much! GPS City is a five star seller. Buy with confidence.

Light and Handy

Great way to stay connected for live tracking and messaging. Lots of people are saying the iPhone satellite feature has killed these types of devices but if you're used to long adventures in tough conditions, you know how hard it is to keep devices, especially phones, charged when doing live tracking and messaging requiring higher power. This thing stays charged far longer than I've ever needed it to last and is super reliable and trusted by the multiple agencies and sports I use it for (SAR, aviation, mountain sports).
