Transformers-hasbro Tra Gen Red Optimus Prime

A great figure that really pays true homage to the Generation One cartoon. As a child of the 80s myself, this figure is what I have been wanting for over thirty years.... a figure that looked like the cartoon. It doesn't matter to me personally that this figure doesn't transform, because even with the Transformers I own that do transform, I always keep them in robot mode. The robot mode has always been the coolest mode. Anyway this figure is great and I highly recommend it, but not for kids... it is more for collectors like myself (in my opinion of course).

To the person that gave this 1-star and said "great idea" because it's a Transformer that doesn't transform, well you miss the point. It's all about getting model sheet perfect versions of the robot mode. Many collectors don't care about the vehicle mode, and I'm one of them. I've always wanted a line of TF that feature model sheet perfect robots, and this can only be done if you throw out the vehicle mode. These are quite possibly the best looking robot modes we've ever had, so to heck with you and your 1-star nonsense. These things are beautiful and you are correct, this is a great idea. Take my money now.
