Cried when I got this…

I went down stairs on Christmas morning and saw this MASSIVE present I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT IT WAS!!! Impact it and I held it up into the air and cried for about 10 minutes straight! Two days later on the 27th of December 2025 I built it it took 11 hours (including breakfast, lunch and dinner breaks 😋) and when it got to the point where you have to decide what DeLorean I want it was the biggest decision of my freaking life so I chose the original movie version and all I have to say this is a brilliant set. It's got all the details of the original DeLorean on the film. I do wish there was the mini fix from the first and third movie though the overall brilliant set (and I see why you didn't write Matt*l on the hover board) FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing!

I love this kit! Not just because it's iconic to my childhood, it was a fun build and looks amazing. I'm a novice builder, but it was easy to put together and I love the features like the gullwing doors, opening 'bonnet' and the ability to transform it into all 3 movie versions (BTTF II wheel change is a cool touch!). If it wasn't so expensive, I'd buy 3 to have each movie version side by side. Aftermarket light kit sets it off as well. Cannot recommend this kit enough.

Brilliant Design

I have never written a review on this site before... but, as someone who has been building Lego for 45 years now, I felt compelled to for this set. The build experience was the most enjoyable I've ever had, and I was frequently in awe at the ingenuity on display by the designers: truly I've never seen anything on a Lego set more inventively realized than the hover conversion kit. Bravo! Five additional pieces would have been required to ensure that all components of each permutation could be built simultaneously. Whatever the cost would have been to include these five pieces, I suspect it would have been more than compensated for in additional goodwill towards the set by builders.
