Double layered, the inside is an even softer and smooth material. Relaxed fitting, it runs a bit large, probably can fit up to 24 months. The hood makes it special and cuter. Awesome value as well. Color is neutral and goes with just about anything. It could also be layered with a long sleeve shirt underneath.
