Wasn't sure if it was a good idea or not but I bought for 8 yr old grandson for Christmas. Wanted him to play with something other than video games and to help him focus and for concentration. He loved it and so did his older teen siblings and the adults. Most played game on Christmas day. A lot smaller/thinner than I remember but still a great gift/buy! Would recommend highly, time to get back to good old fashioned FUN!

smaller and lighter weight than the original from 40 or so yrs. ago.. but what isnt these days. Might be best used when the power goes out and no one can charge their phones or watch tv. cell phones have dominated everyone's attention and gaming choices, leaving old timey past times like Simon to the wayside.
