Excellent Support for Ankle Injury

I have a men's size 8 foot and the small fit perfectly (would also have worked for a larger foot). Easy to put and you can snug it up tight with the laces. There are two straps that wrap in an X around your foot and another that wraps around your ankle. These strap can be adjusted to hold your ankle very tight. The stabilizer fabric is thin enough that I can wear it in all my shoes. Excellent product that was recommended by my foot doctor.

Plenty of support when strength training, doing high impact exercises and running. Great quality. I do have to loosen my shoe to fit it in but the support makes up for it! Not uncomfortable at all. True to size measurements. I have been hand washing. I've sprained and rolled my ankle too many times to risk any more injuries! This makes me feel confident!
