Hands down my preferred brand. Get excited to brush your teeth. Not gritty, okay for my sensitivity. Mint flavor is strong but not overpowering. I pre rinse with diluted peroxide. Noticed a different in 8 days or brishing twice a day for 3 minutes. Minty fresh. Mouth feels a lot cleaner, no residue. 3 pack is a better valur than the indovidual packs. Lasts me a good while.
