Worth Every Penny

I bought this for my 5 yo after reading reviews on nearly every dollhouse there is. As I watched most of them sell out before Christmas, I bought this. The materials are solid. Putting it together is about a 45 minute job. The instructions are not comprehensive and some added details would make it easier, but if you take your time and use common sense, it will come together with no problem. My daughter saw it and said, "This is the perfect dollhouse for all my dollies."

This doll house is so much better and bigger in person. This is what I call a dream house. I got this house for my daughter on Christmas, who originally wanted the barbie dream house deluxe. But I figured she only wanted it because it had and slide and a pool. The price (sale) I got this for was way less and more worth it to me. $10 for a barbie pool with a slide and comes with a barbie for the side of the house just completed it. She loves this house and so do I. Another family member got her a kitchen set that fits perfectly in the house and I got some touch lights for the rooms to make it brighter. And still everything was under the price of the barbie dream house deluxe.

Cute House

I purchased this house as a Black Friday deal. Upon delivery, the box was busted, parts of the house were broken, and there was mildew on some pieces of the wood. I have had delivery issues with fedex in the past few months, so I don't blame the retailer. It was otherwise packaged nicely. I ended up having to glue pieces, drill new holes and use some extra dowels I had to fix it. Although I was able to repair it, there was still some visible damage. The house itself is cute and the furniture that comes with it is darling. My daughter loves it and doesn't notice a few imperfections so we are happy. Instructions could be a little more detailed as the frame has to be put together a certain way for it to make sense. Overall, we are happy with our purchase and would recommend buying this, but can't say I would pay full price for it. If it wasn't such a great deal, I probably would have returned it.
