I love this pan. It's nice having a large skillet like this without the long handle. I love the material this is made from. It's very light instead of old big steel skillet. And I love not having to use cooking spray. Nothing sticks to this pan. The only negative is that it is suggested you hand wash especially if you want to keep it stick free.

Bought this to replace another covered frying pan that I loved from PW collection. It was our daily pan of choice. Unfortunately my husband burned it and now that's his because he says he won't ruin another pan. I wanted one this style and was looking at some very expensive ones but was in a pinch and ordered this one. I used it today to cook, fried potatoes, linguica and eggs. Heats fast and cooks evenly. Very little oil used and cleanup was amazing. This is getting sent to all of my nieces and nephews for Christmas.
