Very pretty. Insulation is great. I did also purchase a small heat/cold pack which added to the hot/cold time.

I used this for the first time, and it kept the food hot. My 13x9 casserole dish with its lid fit nicely inside. I carried a serving spoon in the zipper pocket. The gray color is timeless, and the handle made it easy to carry. It appears to be well made.

Great carrying bag for food

Love the convenience of this. Helped carry a Lasange to a college function with ease and kept it warm.
