This is a really nice bedspread. It washed and fluffed up when dried beautifully. The color is less golden than we expected and more of a soft yellow. It's very pretty. We got it to add some color and nostalgia to the bed of a relative going into assisted living. It's perfect for that purpose as a bedspread it is not too heavy and is easy for her to move around. It's pretty and colorful and worked out well. The fringe held up very well in washing.
