Awesome cup. Keeps drinks cold for easily 8 hours with ice. Has a well-built easy spout to mouth design and will leak a few drops only if you shake it real hard without your finger on the spout. Only issue is that the 18oz will not fit in a vehicles cup holder. Other than that I love mine and I now drink at least 8-10 18 ounces a day now with flavored sugar free drink mixes. I can't believe I've finally kicked the soda pop habit which was my life support of a 2 Liter bottle a day that I craved like no tomorrow.
