Warm Winter Hat for Buns and Ponytails

This hat is large enough to fit all the way over my ears securely. I often feel like I am constantly pulling winter hats down over my ears but this hat covers my entire head and ears. Winter hats often have that extra fabric that pulls back around the hat, but this one doesn't. It looks like it does, but that is just the detailing. I have my hair in a bun or ponytail a lot, so when I saw this hat, I thought it would be cool to have a winter hat that I can pull my bun or ponytail through. The hole is small enough that you will not notice it if you are not poking any hair through (the hole stays completely shut). It is easy enough to pull my hair through the hole, but when taking the hat off, it pulls on the hair enough that I have to redo the bun. It's a little easier with a ponytail. It's a cute hat and I love that it keeps my whole head and ears warm, and that I can pull a bun or ponytail through.

They run big. I had to sew extra Velcro onto both sizes to make it smaller. Should have at least 2 sizes to pick from. After I adjusted them with the Velcro...they work good.
